About the Client:

The Philly Ad Club, like a village, helps bring together all participating factions of the industry. When they all interrelate, assist, collaborate, share ideas, and manage whatever untamed, new frontier of the times is coming at us. The organization brings their members and the community together on a regular basis in the form of programming, networking events and conferences.

About the Project:

Beth Lawrence Meetings & Events will provide event project management, vendor management, event logistics and stakeholder experience services to the Philly Ad Club for their inaugural AI Summit in November 2023.

The half-day Summit, in partnership with Independence Blue Cross’ Innovation Center, will focus on Innovations in, and the potential long-term impact of, AI and will feature keynote speakers, deep-dive breakout sessions, and several opportunities to network, including an opening lunch and a closing reception.
