I received so many amazing questions from all of you, and took the time to answer them in an Instagram Live series this week. In case you missed it, here are some highlights below:

  • The E-Book is entitled "Navigating Events, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in a Global Pandemic," and it takes you through the processes we went through to pivot our business and our client's experiences.

    • We cover a range of topics to help event planners, creators, leaders and entrepreneurs navigate change in their business.

  • We had several questions about COVID restrictions and how to navigate. Here's our advice:

    • Make sure you're on the list of the local Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVB), as well as the CVBs in other partner cities that you've worked with.

    • Keep your list of vendors close, and check in with them on a recurring basis to align on current restrictions and plans of action with existing and prospective clients.


  • We talk about creating guest experiences during virtual events. There are several options:

    • Virtual Swag Bags

    • VR Platforms

  • The Book is divided into 4 Sections:

  • Pivoting

  • Practicing

  • Reflecting

  • Moving On

Each section has reflection questions and prompts to give you the tools to be a catalyst for your own transformation.
