New Client: Ian Perler, Star Real Estate Group

I have been very lucky in the past few years, because I have been able to work with people who I respect—and some that I have known, peripherally, for years. Ian Perler is one of those individuals.

Known as 'Mr. Philly Real Estate,’ Ian has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. He is also one of the most effective and genuine networkers I have met.

Ian and I are a part of Center City 1’s BNI Group, and at Wednesday’s virtual meeting, I told the group that I was pivoting into virtual events. I was pleasantly surprised to know that Ian and fellow industry experts were already in the process of determining how to take their events virtual.

After a brief phone call summarizing the needs of the events, it was decided to host a first Virtual Home-Buying Happy Hour, tomorrow at 5:00pm, and a seminar on Buying a Home in a Virtual World on Friday, April 3rd at 11:00am. Each event has its own link to sign up, and both events are free.
