New Client: WomenGrow Philadelphia

You know those people who’s names you hear over and over again as someone you should meet, but you haven’t met them in person? That person, for me, was the amazing Desiree Ivey.

When Desiree and I first connected, I was inviting her to be a part of the Cannabis Innovation panel for the Inaugural B.PHL festival in October. She trusted my vision and agreed to be a part of it!

After a successful panel discussion, we sat down to discuss Desiree’s business goals and how I could best support her efforts and various businesses. As market leader for WomenGrow, Desiree is looking to revamp the group’s monthly events.

I’m so excited to be helping to grow the events in Philadelphia, and to project manage the various aspects of the events, including partnerships, marketing, design, execution, and post-event reporting.

The first event took place on November 21, and was an in-depth discussion with two of Philly’s Cannachefs, Chef Jennifer Zavala and Chef Victoria Harris. It was held at the gorgeous TopFlight Studios in Northern Liberties, in partnership with Stateside Vodka and CBDLuxe.
