Three-Day Virtual Festival with 450 Speakers, 140 Sessions and 7,000 Attendees: B.PHL 2020
B.PHL is a three-day series of workshops, meet ups, and curated experiences produced by Amplify Philly and sponsored by Independence Blue Cross.
After a pivot from an in-person event to a virtual format, Beth Lawrence Meetings and Events worked with the organizers to curate over 140 sessions, a Film Festival, over 350 speakers, and socially distant in-person events for those in the Philadelphia region.
The speaker line-up was a mix of local experts and nationally-known celebrities such as Issa Rae, Nick Offerman, America Ferrrara, and Pitbull.
Close to 7,000 people from 49 US states and 37 countries attended the event.

Like so many this year, our organization has had to re-envision many events and projects. Beth has worked tirelessly with our team over the past four months to transition our Suffrage Slow Roll event into a new and exciting program that meets the goals of our organization and serves our audiences in a time of crisis. Beth’s effective project management and problem solving skills, as well as her attention to detail, have been key to the success of this effort.
